Professional Career
Throughout my extensive and distinguished career as a competitive "Drug Free" Powerlifter, commencing in 1989, I have achieved an impressive array of titles and accolades. As of 2022, my remarkable accomplishments include securing three World Championships and holding the distinction of one World Record. Furthermore, I have triumphed in 20 National Championships, setting an astounding 11 National records. At the State level, I have secured an impressive 19 Championships and established myself as the record holder in 13 categories. Notably, my exceptional performance was recognized when I was bestowed with the esteemed honor of "Best Lifter" at the 2011 World Championships.
My achievements and contributions to the realm of powerlifting were further acknowledged when I received the esteemed privilege of induction into the Strength and Power Hall of Fame on March 24th, 2019. These milestones reflect my unwavering dedication, unparalleled skill, and unwavering commitment to excellence within the sport of powerlifting.
Experience & Knowledge
With a track record spanning over four decades since 1980, I have dedicated over 74,000 hours to the art of massage therapy, exercise, and designing tailored fitness programs for esteemed clientele and establishments across the nation. Over the course of my illustrious career, I have had the privilege of working closely with prominent celebrities and elite professional athletes in Los Angeles, California. Notably, my exceptional work has garnered recognition through featured articles in esteemed magazines, newspapers, as well as appearances on television and radio. Prior to my current endeavors, I served as a New York City Correction Officer, where I spearheaded the creation and implementation of the "COPE" initiative (Correction Officers Pursuing Excellence). This groundbreaking program successfully managed health conditions and fostered overall wellness among the officers and staff of the Department of Corrections. Furthermore, I had the honor of acting as a bodyguard for the legendary Muhammad Ali during his induction into the Hall of Fame. Additionally, my diverse portfolio includes print ad campaigns for renowned brands such as Budweiser and Kawasaki, along with an appearance in the film "It's Alive: Island of the Alive."

- Required to pay your yearly deductible (if any).
- Required to pay Coinsurance payment at the time of service once deductible has been satisfied.
